Reasons You’ll Actually Enjoy Having Us Around
We're built around people, not performances
We’re not big on turning weddings into productions
No constant posing. No over-directing. No making the day feel like a content shoot
We keep things calm, natural, and easy so you can stay present while we document everything as it unfolds
The goal is simple: photos that still feel like your day years later
A smaller approach, on purpose
We only take on a limited number of weddings each year
Not for exclusivity. Just so every couple gets our full attention, energy, and care
We want to know the people around you, understand the pace of your day, and create an environment where being photographed doesn’t feel exhausting
The HTWC Difference
Think of us less like a production crew, more like people quietly paying attention
Present when needed. Invisible when it matters
We look for the in-between moments. Nervous hands, quick glances, deep breaths, uncontrollable laughter. The things that are easy to miss while the day is happening, but end up meaning the most later on
Hadri
botak head of htwc
Hadri first picked up a camera in 2013 during his final year of university
What started as curiosity slowly turned into years of documenting people, relationships, and the moments that happen naturally in between
After working alongside some of Malaysia’s leading wedding photographers, he founded HTWC in 2019 with an approach centred around presence rather than performance
Today, HTWC focuses on creating wedding photographs that feel honest, calm, and true to the experience of the day itself
Outside of photography, Hadri also completed a PhD in Pharmacology, a background that quietly shaped the way he observes people and moments
Still observant. Still slightly overthinking everything. Slightly less hair than before
Jordan & Chloe
senior photographers & operations
Jordan and Chloe aren’t just a couple, they’re a team. Together, they balance each other’s quirks to capture weddings with heart, humor, and precision.
Jordan brings the energy. He is known for his humor, love of music, and ability to make anyone feel like an old friend. He started as a humble assistant and has since grown into one of HTWC’s senior photographers. Today, he also heads operations, guiding couples from the first hello to the final gallery.
Chloe brings the calm. With an eye for fleeting details and a background in International Business, she blends creativity with structure. She first joined HTWC as a model, later became an editor, and eventually found her place behind the lens. Now, she is trusted to capture the quiet, in-between moments that often matter most.
Together, Jordan and Chloe represent the HTWC spirit: skilled with cameras, exceptional with people, and always tuned into the real moments.
